Enzyme Communications is the scientific communications partner of a global biopharmaceutical organisation. Given our additional digital expertise, Enzyme was commissioned to run this organisation’s social media accounts over the last three years. The primary objective being to promote its corporate brand around its target therapy areas with the secondary objective to highlight the organisation’s activities within those therapy areas.
This biopharmaceutical company was looking to support disease awareness campaigns in its target therapy areas. In addition to this, they wanted to raise their public profile as an exciting and innovative employer by engaging with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders via organic social media campaigns.
Enzyme Communications has run several paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. In addition to these paid campaigns, we continuously run the organic social media campaigns. This involves creating, managing and optimising the social media strategy while considering the frameworks set by relevant regulatory bodies.
Across all channels, new followers have increased by 130.7% (2021 vs. 2022) with an overall engagement rate of 5.35%.
